Prayer creates trust, gives peace, and motivates us for the whole day. It is a communication with God. Through prayer, we convey our thoughts, emotions, needs, and gratitude to the Almighty, the One who created us and always loves us unconditionally. We express our faith through prayers. Conversation with God is such a divine feeling that it enlightens our hearts with a faith that we are not alone. Prayer says, “I believe Someone hears me”. Gradually, through prayer, we learn that we should try to offer our worries to God and trust Him like a child. We should pray to God with honesty and entrustment, and this sacred practice helps us to live in the present moment and eventually sows the seed of mindfulness.

Isn’t it that this practice of prayer becomes more beautiful if we record our prayers, and document any answers or insights that we receive? This can be accomplished through writing our prayers and answers in a mindful journal. Here are some prayer entries that can be followed; however, it is personal and you can follow your own prayers because it is a conversation between you and God.

Pray to God for strength and guidance.

Pray to God for the people who are in need and difficulty.
Express your gratitude to God.
Pray to God for peace and strength in difficult situations.
