When we visualize we hold energy in our vision , in that moment , and that energy is send out into the universe which is reciprocated back by mirroring your thoughts, feelings and words.Visualization is the process of creating vivid mental images using our imagination, and it become more powerful when we connected this “image” to our 5 senses.
One of the main aspects of visualization is its ability to enhance mindfulness. When we engage in visualization journaling, we direct our attention to the mental images we create, enabling us to concentrate, be more present, and better manage distractions.
Start your practice by writing down your goals in your journal. Be specific about what you want to achieve. Describe your goal in detail what achieving your goal looks and feels like. What are the emotions you’re experiencing? What does success look like? The more vivid the description, the better it will be. Don’t forget to dedicate a few minutes daily to close your eyes and visualize your written goals. Imagine yourself achieving these goals, and focus on the sensations and emotions associated with your success.
